Refund policy
We are not required to offer a refund if you simply change your mind.
However, in most circumstances as long as the product is returned and meets our conditions of return outlined below, we may be able to offer you a store credit or exchange.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we are only required to offer a refund if something we sold you;
1. Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
2. Is unsafe
3. Is significantly different from the sample or description
4. Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please call us to discuss how we might be able to offer you;

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Sale items (this excludes full priced items purchased using a discount code)
- Swimwear or Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
All products must be returned in the following condition
- Unworn
- Tags attached
- In original packaging
- Without perfume or deodorant smells
- Without makeup or fake tan marks
If the returned garment/s do not match the above conditions you cannot return your items.
Phases Men's Fashion reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected and in most cases, your return will be sent back to you or in the rare circumstance, you will incur a cleaning fee that will be deducted from your store credit. This includes garments that have any traces of perfume/deodorant/laundry detergent etc
Please submit your return request within 15 days of dispatch of your order.

Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

STEPS TO CREATE A RETURN1.

3. If approval is given to return your item, use the link below to access our return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using this link.
4. Enter your order number and email address
5. Select the items you wish to return and press next
6. Choose a return reason and press next
7. Select the return option as store credit or exchange and confirm
8. Your Return Request will be sent to head office for final approval
9. Once approved you will receive the steps by email on how to return your garment/s back to us
10. You have 14 days from the date of authorisation to return your garments back to our office.
Please note; Phases Men's Fashion does NOT cover the cost of returning garment/s back to our head office.
Any return sent to us that has not been authorised or processed via the return portal will be rejected and you will need to arrange to collect or pay for the postage if you want your item returned to you.

RETURNS AND PROCESSING DELAYS
Once Phases Men's Fashion receives your return back in our store please allow up to 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.
STORE CREDITS/GIFT CARDS
If you've opted for a gift card;Â
 1. You will receive an email containing your gift card
 2. Gift Cards do not expire
 3. Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with Sale Items and sitewide
EXCHANGES
If you opted for an exchange;
All exchange products must be returned in the following conditionÂ

- Without makeup or fake tan marks
RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY
If you are after a return for something you have purchased using AfterPay as the payment method, you will be issued a gift card for the full amount of the unwanted item unless the item is deemed to have a fault by our returns team. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments
FAULTS
If you have received your garment with a fault or received the incorrect garment please contact info@phasesmensfashion.com.au with pictures of the fault within 48hrs of receiving your garment/s. Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. Please note - All orders are inspected thoroughly for faults before dispatch by our QC team
